There were a tooooon of people on last night Kresh. I don't remember if i saw a sevenoftwelve or not. I think a bunch of people just created their reavers last night.
Just be prepared for major annoyance with your reavers starting out everyone. Rank 1 reavers are like big orc billboards that say, "kill me.....free reknown." I know i was going nuts yesterday trying to claw my way through to R3 and I know i heard more than one of you say on TS last night that you were dead more than you were alive. With all the CC in the game that the freeps spam, reavers are sitting ducks when trying to run into these huge zerg fights we have been having since book 12. Heck, half the time before R3 I never even made it halfway to a target to hit him before I was stun locked and obliterated into dust and all i got out of the deal is a swift travel to the nearest rez circle. When you hit R1 and 2 you get some better passive traits that help out a bit but you really don't get anything to negate the awful CC until R3 with Charge (8 sec 100% run buff and CC immunity) and because most of the creepside doesn't group it can be a long frustrating road to R3. I do agree with LC, if we get even just 10 of us to R3 with Charge, if we all stand back, call a traget, then all 10 of us charge that target.......that target is going to die. I found last night as I started to get the hang of charging targets I could pop off 300-400 dmg without much effort in that 8 sec charge and then be able to dash back behind friendly lines. Heck, if we roll a single warg into the raid we can pop a 5 sec pounce/stun on a target and potentially kill them before they come out of stun, nice way to knock the crap out of a pesky minstrel.

Aye, I'd like to see if we can amass some DP and skills before trying to enter the fray with freeps. It was just as you say, stun, root, dead. I could count the amount of hits I got on a freep on one hand.
If we're going to try to take on the freeps with our mostly-green squad, then for goodness sakes, lets stick together and work as a team, with tactics like you suggested Q. I don't know why we were splitting up and running off to other keeps when the battle and squad was right there at TR.
Half the time, I was defeated coming back from the rez circle by the large 2nd group of freeps that were always there between rez point and TR. They rarely moved from that patrol area, and were cleaning up.

Well the thing with last night was most of us were at TR fighting, we had to send some folks to TA because the freeps inside there were ones who knew what they were doing. If we had left them alone they would have easily taken TA while we all fought at TR. Overall last night wasn't a great example of the good fun we COULD eventually have as a reaver crew. Most are still in green or blue R0-1 status and as a whole with something like 50 freeps in the moors last night to out 40 creeps it was just do whatever we could to scrape by and hold our keeps. as far as the rez circle camping, its best to grind out some quests when you get the time and get your maps so you can go around the patrols, at least take a straight shot to TA and then run up to TR instead of trying to go straight back to TR.

That's all good, but I guess I'd say what were we trying to accomplish, I mean so what if TA is lost. I would have liked to have spent some time working the crew together and doing some of the things you mentioned, and having some fun with it, or alternatively saying so what to TR, too, and working on DP for the greenies. Depends on what we were trying to do. It wasn't in my head that saving TA mattered to our group, and I'm new to this stuff and what matters to diff people when they do the moors, just throwing some thoughts out there. Seems to me that if saving keeps mattered, we would have joined the big raid and been part of that, but I was with our greenie group because I thought we were up to something that didn't seem to materialize. I'm jabbering and not sure there's a point there
Look forward to more shenanigans, tho not sure look forward to more greenie carpul tunnel syndrome from hitting that "defeat now" button.

P.S. Chomping on my lunch thinking about the horror last night ( "Freeps everywhere!" ) still funny that after logging in first as a freep 20 minutes earlier and there was no raid group at the time, to 20 minutes later, there's full group assaulting TR, another half a raid group positioned between TR and rez point, and another group assaulting TA?
Freeps is fickle.

I guess nights like last night aren't really the place or time to farm DP or do quests. For some people maybe but there is a sort of unwritten code for both freep/creep side that if keeps are being taken you drop everything you are currently doing and work to defend those keeps. In point of fact its more important for creeps to maintain control of the keeps because 95% of quests/DP comes from quests inside those keeps. If creeps don't control the keeps then typicaly its bye bye to any DP farming and hello to being grams camped and/or killed all over the map by all the star hugging freeb noobs who appear in the moors only when the map is blue and freeps have the upperhand. Also, as far as importance of keeps go.....LUG and TR are by far the most important keeps int he moors. If you control those keeps, then you control those 2 rez circles. If you dont have the rez circles then its a sucky walk back from grams every time you die. Without a horse, waling back from grams to a fight at TA for the umpteenth time sucks big time lemme tell ya.
I was ready to do the quest farming as well last night but as soon as 40+ freeps showed up its all hands on deck and do whatever you have to to stay in control of the keeps. Its why I spent most of the night keeping a 24 man creep raid going and not just blowing it off, I have to think that if 24 people on 1-3 specific raid assist targets, the trolls efforts, and the dozen or so solo creps hadn't been on point then we would have been handily rolled back to grams for a nice little session of die die die and die again at the front door to grams. As it was, we were able to keep the freeps at bay a bit, I don't know about anyone else but i netted near 2.5k infamy from that whole crazy brawl, and we had a bit of fun when we weren't being CCed into oblivion at the rez circles.
Good times last night, good times to come......12 reavers charging on a single warg stunned target.....ahhhhhhhh its gonna be grand![]()

I have about 300 infamy total right now. Granted I wasn't on much last night and when I was on I spent a lot of time walking from the rez circles to the fight. However I did snag the first marshal's badge so I got 2k DP to get a couple more traits. Hopefully it'll help me next time on. I did notice however when I did get to the fight in the 30s to a minute I survived I would get about 20-50 infamy which had me pondering just laying there dead and getting credit.
I agree tho, dropping the DP farming for keeps probably is the best way to go and more fun.

Sooo ummm what ever happened to everyone, no one has come back to level their reaver... Im already rank 4, its not hard to do guys. It would be nice to see more creep action from the kin Everytime i log on its only 1 maybe 2 people on. Im seriously considering leaving creep kin and joining one with more ppl in it, it sucks that freep kin is always full of ppl yet the creep kin is always empty. Its a game remember that, just because you play the bad side for a while doesn't really mean your a bad person! lol
Believe me, I will be on creep more often once Book 13 comes out, I used to be a healer in WoW, and I'm really looking forward to trying the Defieler.![]()
