How do you get this receipe, is it a drop from the Turtle? If so I'd gladly go with the intent of you getting the receipe.
Yeah it does drop from the turtle. I would put together some runs but i am not an officer lol.

we have had a couple drop from the turtle runs. Amarwen and Nairne got the recipes. Doubt you'll be able to get Nairne online anytime soon with the new little one, so you may want to talk to Sera

Anyway i still would like to see some turtle runs, they drop a first age token for everyone who loots the chest.
