Following the Turtle Run, I will be running the Halls of Crafting Instance in Moria.
There is no set time, as the Turtle Raid takes precedence. Once Raid is over, the Raid will be disbanded and groups formed. If for some reason Turtle run is a no go, then I will run a HoC run at 1:30pm.

Maybe they are realistic, but so would be a system where once you died they deleted your character and I don't think anyone wants that much realism.
